We use FedEx to ship our chairs. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is processed. A signature is required upon package delivery. FedEx does not accommodate specialized orders. Such as, but not limited to: delivery driver calling ahead prior to delivery, gate codes, and leaving the package at a specific location in or around the home or office. After three delivery attempts the package will be held on the nearest FedEx location where it will be available for pick up. After ten days FedEx will then return the package to NEEDforSEAT USA.
