HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We are located in Columbus, Ohio. We ship through FedEx Ground/Home so it usually takes about 2-5 business days to reach anywhere in the continental US & Canada. Find more detailed delivery times on our shipping information page.
THERE ARE SO MANY CHAIRS TO PICK FROM, WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR ME?
We do not believe that a gaming/office chair is a "One size fits all" type of product nor should it be. We have placed size recommendations on each series page. Take also a look at the chairs' dimensions. Still need some advice? Contact us!
HOW DOES MY SEAT ARRIVE?
Our chairs come disassembled with all of the tools you will need for assembly. The easy to read instructions have a step by step format with pictures.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?
Quite. Our merchant account is hosted via 3dCART, one of the nation's largest and most professional systems. Other options are available via PayPal - either by using your credit or debit cart or directly from your PayPal account.
DO YOU PROVIDE FRAUD PROTECTION?
For your own protection, NEEDforSEATUSA reserves the right to request any additional information deemed necessary to verify the placement of an order. We take fraud watch very seriously and will take every precaution possible to protect our customers.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY CHAIR?

THE CHAIR I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?
If the chair you are looking to purchase is out of stock then sign up for our waiting list and as soon as the chairs are back in stock you will receive an email notification! Pre-orders are not available.
