IN NO EVENT SHALL NEEDforSEAT USA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
NEEDforSEAT USA retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
To obtain warranty service, contact NEED for SEAT USA to discuss options and obtain a return material authorization (RMA) tracking number.
All of our MAXNOMIC™ chairs are covered by a 2-year warranty which includes all parts.
- Chair is repackaged in original box
- Chair is returned within two weeks of delivery date
- Chair must be in resellable condition
Should you find need to return your seat, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Outside of the continental USA, customer is responsible to pay return shipping*. Chair must be returned in working order and we may assess a 20% restocking fee. As we desire happy customers, please contact us about the situation.

Custom embroidered chairs are NOT covered in the two week return policy. A custom embroidered chair cannot be returned or exchanged at any time. Custom embroidered chairs are still covered under the two year warranty for replacement parts though.
Packaging material must be returned in the condition received. WE PAY RETURN SHIPPING ONLY TO THE CONTINENAL UNITED STATES. Due to the immense expense, customers in Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and others outside the lower 48 states must pay the full cost of return shipping.
