If you need to reach us outside of our service hours, the chat window will allow you to leave a message via our ticketing system (this can also be done through our “Contact” tab). Tickets are answered in 24-48 hours or less! 

Phone – Prefer to speak with us over the phone? We are available to answer your questions at 614-295-4127. 

In-Store – Are you local? We are located at 1946 Camaro Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43207. We have an on-site showroom where you can try out our models to see what fits you best! We do ordering, replacements and warranty claims, as well. 

Rest assured, whatever method you choose you will receive the same great service! We are all qualified and trained to assist with general questions, sizing concerns, warranty claims and more. All methods are supported by the same support staff ensuring accuracy and accountability. Unlike most companies no outsourcing! We prefer to work local with all support staff being in Columbus, Ohio. We keep our team small so you don’t have to repeat yourself to someone new or be transferred from one rep to another and so on.
